Burnett Livestock and Realty’s Biggenden Meatworks and Store Sale on Monday 7 April 2025 saw a yarding of 1497 head.
Cattle were drawn from Monto, Eidsvold, Mundubbera, Gayndah, Proston, Booubyjan, Windera, Nanango, Miriam Vale, Mount Larcom, Rosedale, 1770, Bundaberg, Mungar and all local areas.
Four and six tooth Droughtmaster bullocks sold for 386c/$2159. Two tooth Droughtmaster bullocks from Childers sold for 388c/$1886. Two tooth Droughtmaster bullocks from Biggenden sold for 382c/$2248. Four tooth Santa cross bullocks from Gin Gin sold for 384c/$2074.
Two and four tooth Charbray heifers from Biggenden sold for 348c/$1871. Six tooth Brahman heifers from Miriam Vale sold for 346c/$1477.
Six tooth Brahman heifers from Gayndah sold for 350c/$1715. Two and four tooth Brangus heifers from Gaeta sold for 346c/$1530. Four tooth Brangus heifers from Mundubbera sold for 345c/$1414.
