Burnett Livestock and Realty’s Biggenden Meatworks and Store Sale on Monday 25 July 2022 saw a rain affected yarding of 550 head.
Cattle were drawn from Monto, Miriam Vale, Kilkivan, Eidsvold, Mount Perry, Tansey, Booubyjan, Woolooga, Rosedale, Gayndah, Mundubbera, Gin Gin and local areas.
Four and six tooth Simmental cross bullocks from Coalstoun Lakes sold for 348c/$2298. Six tooth Droughtmaster bullocks from Binjour sold for 347c/$2135. Two and four tooth Brangus heifers from Gaeta sold for 345c/$1996. Six tooth Charbray heifers from Gayndah sold for 325c/$2211.
Grey Brahman cows from Gayndah sold for 306c/$1861. Charbray cows from Gayndah sold for 286c/$1831. Brahman cows from Mount Perry sold for 288c/$1563. Droughtmaster cross cows from Tansey sold for 293c/$1451. Brahman cross cows from Didcot sold for 289c/$1623.
